Please note: Due to pressures of work this is the worst webpage on the site (in my opinion). I blame it on Ness for having too much imagination and creating too many types of cheese for me to keep up with.

When I get that half-a-day to work on the site I'll update this page with that days' varieties and provide a fuller description and pictures of all the cheeses. In the meantime a complete list of cheeses is now inserted below with some pictures and the general mess pushed further down the page.

Most of our cheeses are made with Ayrshire cows milk with GM-free vegetarian rennet. Since April 2006 we have also included a pressed and a Blue Goats milk Cheese.


The cheeses are best kept refrigerated and brought to room temperature 30 minutes before use.

The whole cheeses come in three different sizes depending upon availability. Cut portions are always available.

Gently, cold smoked by Fjordling Smokehouses using seasoned oak the cheese develops a subtle, smokey flavour whilst keeping its superb moist texture.

Classic, continental style cheese, sweet & mild. Flavoured with a blend of dried Tomato, Basil & Thyme then gently smoked to enhance the herby flavour. Children call it our 'Pizza cheese'. Also available unsmoked as

A tasty mix of Mustard & Horseradish steeped in the unique Bustard beer from Stonhenge Brewery. This cheese was developed especially to support the 'Bustard Trust' and a donation is made for each Kilo of cheese sold.

Both these cheeses were developed due to demand by our customers. The Cumin gives Woodfalls a delicious mild curry flavour while the Caraway seed imparts a refreshing fruity taste.



Old Sarum

Old Sarum is a velvety and moist blue cheese with medium blue / green veining and natural grey rind.
